Creative Workshops

Choose from the following facilitated creative workshops at Sheena Mathieson's home studio. These are smallish groups (generally no more than 6 in each group) run in a relaxed, fun way.

Concession $50 per person, otherwise $65 per person.

Using what is at hand, learn about and play with a simple low tech printmaking process that can be done without a printing press. A fun session of exploration and experimentation.

Saturday 26 July 2-4pm

Explore the printmaking possibilities of geli plates, using found materials and other media. Great for art play and making your own papers for other art forms, such as collage.

Saturday 2 August 2-4pm

Intuitive play with water, colour and other materials, using traditional methods combined with techniques which may be new to you (and a little unconventional).

Great for letting go.

Sunday 10 August 2-4pm

In just 2 hours produce a small multi-coloured linocut using the reduction method.
